Return/Refund of broken Products

Thanks for purchasing our products at AuraLamp. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days after delivery. You are able to return the product if it breaks down in this 14-day period. However break downs or defects caused by abuse, negligence, accidents, misuse or unauthorized repairs/modifications will not be tolerated. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims (e.g. photos, videos). Your evidence will be verified by our team. This process might take up to three days. After verification the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged due to external influences, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

Special Case - 30 days warranty shipping option:

If you have selected the 30 days warranty shipping option at checkout, you can return your product within 30 days after delivery. You are able to return the product if it breaks down in this 30-day period or is broken at time of delivery.
